About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead manufacturing engineering strategy and execution across production operations, facilities, tooling, and maintenance
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering organization focused on operational excellence
  • Drive large-scale capital and infrastructure projects aligned with plant objectives and long-term growth plans
  • Partner with Advanced Manufacturing and Quality Engineering teams to support successful product launches
  • Develop and implement reliability and preventative maintenance strategies to improve equipment uptime and efficiency
  • Champion safety, ergonomics, and Lean manufacturing principles throughout the operation
  • Lead "Run the Plant" initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or supply chain leadership roles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in appliance manufacturing, specifically high-volume assembly operations
  • Experience managing large-scale manufacturing and engineering projects
  • Proficiency with Lean manufacturing principles and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) systems
  • Strong operational plant finance background
  • Proven ability to mentor and manage highly skilled engineering teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
