Principal, Management Consulting

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior client-facing advisor and strategic partner to solve complex organizational, operational, and strategic challenges for government agencies.
• Engage directly with clients to define success outcomes and provide consultative services to achieve them.
• Lead and support project execution across engagements including organizational transformation, strategic development, private equity due diligence, and change management.
• Provide thought leadership and mentorship to teams of Engagement Managers, Associates, and Business Analysts.
• Support business development efforts through solution design, proposal development, and client relationship management.
• Translate complex client needs into clear strategies, actionable recommendations, and measurable deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Significant experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or organizational transformation.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex client engagements from problem definition through execution.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust with senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel depending on client needs and engagement requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in business, public policy, education, or organizational leadership.
• Experience in market research, operational improvement, or growth strategy.
