Principal Learning Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead learning discovery conversations to understand business goals, audience needs, and desired outcomes for multiple functional academies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, recommending effective learning approaches such as custom development, blended solutions, or existing content.
• Translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable learning requirements and actionable solutions.
• Partner with internal design, development, LMS, and communications teams to guide initiatives from intake through execution.
• Coordinate custom learning development requests and manage dependencies, risks, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Leverage LMS platforms to support learner access, audience management, and program deployment.
• Develop and coordinate communication plans for learning launches and stakeholder updates.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in learning consulting, workforce capability development, L&D, or program management.
• Proven experience supporting learning or technical training initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience working directly with stakeholders, including operational leaders and technical subject matter experts.
• Demonstrated ability to lead discovery sessions and influence stakeholders through ambiguity.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Working familiarity with LMS platforms and their role in learning delivery.
