About the role
Responsibilities
- Contact all inbound leads for Environmental in Chile within a maximum of 2 hours
- Prioritize leads based on urgency, client profile, and strategic relevance
- Use phone, email, LinkedIn, and digital channels to maximize contact probability
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using consistent commercial criteria
- Structure necessary information for the sales team to design relevant offers
- Follow up on transferred MQLs within the first 24 to 48 hours
- Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce, including leads, contacts, and opportunities
- Provide weekly visibility to Marketing and Sales leaders regarding funnel performance and SLA compliance
Requirements
- Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related fields
- 5 years of experience in lead development, inside sales, or business development in B2B services
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Experience qualifying inbound and outbound leads and supporting sales pipeline creation
- Experience in Environmental, Mining, Energy, or Infrastructure sectors is highly desirable
