Principal IT Technologist - SAP Finance(FMB)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP finance solutions.
• Configure, customize, and maintain SAP finance modules including FI, CO, and AA.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects covering design, development, testing, and training.
• Perform system integration with third-party tools such as Blackline, Vertex, ReVal, and OneSource.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP finance modules and integrations.
• Provide expertise in SAP finance best practices and advise on system optimizations.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reliability of configured solutions.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience as an SAP Finance Functional Analyst.
• Deep expertise in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Central Finance.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, SOX compliance, and risk management.
• Proven experience with global rollouts and large-scale SAP implementations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex integration issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industries.
• Experience managing migrations from ECC to S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with automation tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
