Principal IT Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering IT transformation and governance initiatives for Honeywell Aerospace Engineering and Digital IT organizations.
• Drive M&A, Divestiture, and Spin-off (M&A&D&S) due diligence, integration planning, and TSA governance.
• Manage strategic planning activities including STRAP, AOP, financial forecasting, and budget tracking.
• Oversee governance and execution for Engineering platforms including PLM, DevSecOps, PPM, and Model Based Engineering.
• Lead complex multi-stream programs across Product and Project Engineering domains to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Drive program governance cadence through KPI reporting, RAID management, and executive leadership updates.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, Architecture, and Cybersecurity to support scalable technology transformations.
• Coordinate with external vendors and system integrators to ensure delivery alignment with Honeywell standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Engineering IT program management and transformation governance.
• Proven track record managing M&A&D&S due diligence and integration planning.
• Strong background in Engineering application ecosystems such as PLM and DevSecOps.
• Experience supporting strategic planning cycles, financial forecasting, and budget management.
• Professional certifications in Agile, PMP, or Scrum.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills within complex matrix organizations.
• Proficiency in operational governance, including sprint tracking, defect management, and KPI reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically within Aerospace Engineering IT environments.
• Exposure to Product Engineering and Project Engineering transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of enterprise transformation delivery frameworks and operating models.
