ARCHIMED is a leading investment firm focused exclusively on healthcare. With offices in Europe, the US and Asia, the firm manages €8 billion across its funds, positioning itself as both a strategic and financial partner to healthcare businesses including Biopharma, MedTech, and Life Science Tools.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of IR to define and execute the firm's multi-year capital formation strategy
- Hold direct accountability for fundraising outcomes across assigned channels and regions
- Own strategic LP relationships globally, including sovereign wealth funds and major public pensions
- Co-lead the IR function, overseeing team structure, talent development, and performance management
- Oversee LP servicing infrastructure including capital calls, distributions, and DDQ management
- Lead the strategic direction and execution of the firm's co-investment program and GP-led secondaries
Requirements
- 12 to 18 years of experience in senior investor relations, capital formation, or LP coverage within private equity
- Established network of senior institutional LP relationships across North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia
- Proven track record of contributing to successful multi-billion dollar/euro fundraises
- Deep fluency in fund structuring, LPA terms, performance attribution, and portfolio analytics
- Exceptional executive communication skills and external presence
- Experience managing and mentoring IR professionals
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proficiency with institutional IR CRM platforms (Dynamo, Backstop, Altvia, or similar)
- Higher education degree in finance, economics, or business administration; CFA or MBA strongly preferred
