Principal - Investments

Responsibilities

• Perform complex financial modeling, market analysis, and investment underwriting
• Support sourcing, transaction execution, and due diligence processes
• Produce high-quality investment memos, Board materials, and strategic analysis
• Support capital raising materials and investor workstreams
• Track carbon market developments to develop actionable investment views
• Support business development, including carbon credit commercialization
• Help manage relationships with intermediaries, investors, and corporate buyers
• Contribute to operational improvement initiatives and strategic projects

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Big Four
• Exceptional analytical ability and sound commercial judgment
• Expertise in financial modeling and investment underwriting
• Meticulous attention to detail and a track record of high-quality output
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong professional track record with demonstrated progression
