Principal Investments Fall Analyst

About the Company

Agentis Capital Partners ("ACP") operates as the family office of the founding partners of Agentis, a diversified platform with businesses spanning principal investments, financial advisory, capital markets, and asset management services. ACP manages a portfolio of more than 20 businesses across technology, industrial, and mixed industrial-technology sectors.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate potential principal investment opportunities, including analysis of target companies, sectors, and geographies
• Support the execution of principal investments through financial analysis, valuation, and transaction support
• Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and portfolio monitoring
• Contribute to the operations and corporate finance responsibilities of existing portfolio companies
• Support the development of investment theses, business plans, and strategic initiatives
• Assist with asset-level reporting and performance monitoring
• Prepare internal materials and presentations for investment committees and senior leadership

Requirements

• Currently in 3rd or 4th year of an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business, economics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or mathematics
• Exceptional academic results (minimum cGPA of 80% or 3.7/4.0)
• Ability to communicate complex concepts concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
• Commitment to producing accurate work under tight deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced environment
