Founded in 2015, the firm operates across six continents, dealing in over 20 different commodities including metals, hydrocarbons, and renewables.

Responsibilities

• Build and own detailed financial models for mining and physical commodity assets, including life-of-mine (LOM) models and NAV analysis
• Evaluate acquisition opportunities through valuation analysis and prepare materials for investment committees
• Participate in transaction structuring and execution, including acquisition agreements and financing arrangements
• Manage financial, technical, geological, environmental, and legal due diligence workstreams
• Monitor portfolio asset performance, including production metrics, cost curves, and capex deployment
• Track market dynamics and contribute to thematic research and origination
• Provide mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

• Experience working on complex, structured transactions within a high calibre institution
• Strong financial modelling expertise (LOM models, NAV analysis, commodity price sensitivity)
• Proven experience evaluating investment opportunities and building valuation analyses
• Hands-on involvement in transaction execution and deal structuring
• Ability to manage and drive multi-disciplinary due diligence workstreams
• Experience monitoring and analysing asset performance
• Good commercial understanding of commodity markets
• Strong communication skills for translating complex inputs into actionable insights
