Principal, Investment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter expert on Evergreen Funds’ strategy, portfolio construction, and performance
• Partner with investment teams to understand deal rationale, portfolio evolution, and risk-return dynamics
• Lead and support presentations to existing and prospective investors, including RIAs and family offices
• Produce high-quality written materials including investor letters, quarterly commentaries, and FAQs
• Analyze fund performance, portfolio metrics, and attribution to support investor discussions
• Respond to detailed investor due diligence requests with rigor and clarity

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of investment experience in private equity
• Strong understanding of private equity market
• Excellent presentation and writing skills
• Strong analytical skills including financial analysis and performance attribution
• Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with evergreen or semi-liquid vehicles
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or CFA
