About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-discipline engineering team providing technical oversight and execution for test equipment engineering programs
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with program goals and customer requirements
- Oversee budget, schedule, and financial performance, including Estimate at Complete (EAC) processes
- Utilize program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Manage risks and opportunities throughout the program lifecycle
- Drive technical excellence in hardware and test software development, integration, and verification
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Program Management
- Experience in Test Systems Engineering or equivalent engineering for hardware and software development
- Proficiency in budget and schedule management, including Basis of Estimate (BOE) generation
- U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and serving as an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL)
- EVMS or Program Management certification
- Experience with proposal capture, contract processes, and Statement of Work (SOW) preparation
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and Automation Test Equipment (ATE/UUT)
- Knowledge of engineering development through transition to production and maintenance
