Principal Integrated Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-discipline engineering team providing technical oversight and execution for test equipment engineering programs
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with program goals and customer requirements
• Oversee budget, schedule, and financial performance, including Estimate at Complete (EAC) processes
• Utilize program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Manage risks and opportunities throughout the program lifecycle
• Drive technical excellence in hardware and test software development, integration, and verification

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Program Management
• Experience in Test Systems Engineering or equivalent engineering for hardware and software development
• Proficiency in budget and schedule management, including Basis of Estimate (BOE) generation
• U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and serving as an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL)
• EVMS or Program Management certification
• Experience with proposal capture, contract processes, and Statement of Work (SOW) preparation
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Automation Test Equipment (ATE/UUT)
• Knowledge of engineering development through transition to production and maintenance
