Principal Integrated Logistics/Product Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead an Integrated Product Team to develop and recommend support and sustainment solutions for the Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) business area.
• Provide technical management, oversight, and mentoring for cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the primary Logistics Engineering point of contact and technical interface for the AEW&C business area.
• Develop and document Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), including Maintenance Task Analysis and Integrated Logistics/Product Support Plans.
• Manage Logistics Support Analysis Records (LSAR) using tools such as SLICwave, EAGLE, or PowerLog-J.
• Perform spares analysis using system reliability and maintainability data.
• Manage cost accounts and utilize earned value management systems to develop performance metrics.
• Oversee the development of Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM) and training materials.
• Develop technical proposals and execute Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) and Performance Based Logistics (PBL) programs.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 10 years of experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of relevant experience is required.
• Proven leadership experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
• Hands-on experience with Logistics Support Analysis documentation (e.g., MIL-HDBK-502, GEIA-STD-0007).
• Proficiency in cost account management and life cycle cost estimating.
• Strong technical writing skills and experience presenting to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• US military aviation maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with model-based engineering tools and methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Releyence, S1000D, and EAGLE software.
• Experience with logistics/supportability demonstration.
