About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop short-term and long-term capacity plans aligned with production forecasts
- Analyze production demand, equipment capability, and workforce capacity to identify constraints
- Design and implement efficient plant layouts to optimize workflow and material handling
- Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering methodologies to improve productivity
- Conduct time studies, line balancing, and work measurement analysis
- Manage industrial engineering projects including layout changes and new line installations
- Analyze production data, utilization rates, cycle times, and throughput
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- At least 8 years of professional experience in a relevant field
- Experience in Electronics or Semiconductor Manufacturing preferred
- Proven experience in capacity planning and facility layout design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and layout simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of capacity analysis, OEE, and line balancing
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
