Principal I, Project/Program Management

Responsibilities

• Lead IT, engineering, and scientific project teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion
• Prepare project execution plans and identify necessary technical and business resources
• Ensure projects meet technical, quality, and scope requirements while adhering to IT governance policies
• Interface with stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues and manage risk and change requirements
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams and drive innovation using scientific principles
• Develop, validate, and implement controlled environment methods to improve efficiency

Requirements

• 7–11 years of total professional experience
• Proven experience in project execution planning and stakeholder management
• Subject matter expertise in leading and managing complex technical projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft software
• Experience in risk and change management
• Ability to work the shift from 1 PM to 10 PM IST

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
