Principal I, IT Business Systems Analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of large-scale, scalable IT systems that align with strategic business goals.
• Provide end-to-end functional support and coordination across the pricing and quoting technology landscape.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business and IT teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Support integrated pricing, quoting, and agreement execution processes for global commercial operations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to analysts and project team members.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing system architectures.
• Manage day-to-day functional support by tracking issues, dependencies, and escalating risks.

Requirements

• Experience supporting end-to-end pricing and quoting scenarios within Salesforce CPQ and downstream systems.
• Proven ability to coordinate functions across integrated platforms such as SAP Vistex, Icertis, MuleSoft, and Optivision.
• Strong skills in clarifying technical requirements, expected system behavior, and complex integration scenarios.
• Experience with pricing data management, pricebook maintenance, and data validation/mapping.
• Proficiency in end-to-end testing and UAT support, including test scenario definition and issue triage.
• Ability to work the required shift of 1 PM to 10 PM IST.
