About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change enablement for Talent Management initiatives, including Growth Mindset culture activation and AI skills development.
- Design and execute change strategies that integrate AI curiosity and growth mindset as unified organizational capabilities.
- Develop stakeholder mapping, sponsor engagement approaches, and readiness planning for talent transformation milestones.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior HR and Talent leaders on managing resistance to AI adoption and building organizational readiness.
- Create scalable change artifacts, including impact assessments, leader talking points, and HRBP toolkits.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in Learning, Communications, and Enterprise AI to ensure a coherent employee experience.
- Model AI-first ways of working by using AI tools to improve problem-solving, synthesis, and execution quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in change management within large, matrixed organizations.
- Proven experience executing change initiatives involving organizational transformation and technology adoption.
- Working knowledge of formal change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools to improve day-to-day work, including research, planning, and content development.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills across diverse audiences.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical execution plans and measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Background in executing change initiatives that include culture transformation and talent management.
- Experience with AI-related change initiatives, including communication and adoption strategies.
- Familiarity with learning experience platforms (e.g., Degreed) or AI-enabled coaching tools.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority in a highly matrixed environment.
