Principal - Healthcare Provider

Responsibilities

• Join the Health Plan and Provider (HPP) senior leadership team to refine and evolve practice strategy
• Lead prospecting and business development efforts across Hospitals, Health Systems, and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs)
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engagements within timeline and budget
• Develop and refine consulting offerings including care delivery transformation and value-based care
• Market ZS’s Provider practice capabilities to increase visibility and drive demand
• Contribute to intellectual capital and thought leadership regarding healthcare delivery innovation
• Recruit, lead, and develop diverse teams of consulting professionals
• Represent ZS at industry conferences and health system forums

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or leadership roles within health plans
• Deep industry knowledge of the Health Plan sector
• Established network of relationships with Health Plan executives
• Proven track record in revenue generation and delivering high-quality projects
• Executive-level communication and presence
• Ability to lead virtual teams and solve complex analytical problems
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs
