About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to Regional VPs of Sales, translating field needs into quantitative requirements
  • Monitor full-funnel metrics and retention benchmarks to ensure sales leadership visibility
  • Identify manual tasks for the Innovation team to address via AI Agents
  • Own last-mile reporting and data storytelling for Sales QBRs
  • Partner with Enablement to ensure adoption of new processes and AI tools
  • Support resolution of territory or quota disputes using data-driven analysis

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Operations
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to present to VPs
  • Ability to analyze datasets across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance
  • Operational grit to solve immediate problems while coordinating long-term solutions
