About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to Regional VPs of Sales, translating field needs into quantitative requirements
- Monitor full-funnel metrics and retention benchmarks to ensure sales leadership visibility
- Identify manual tasks for the Innovation team to address via AI Agents
- Own last-mile reporting and data storytelling for Sales QBRs
- Partner with Enablement to ensure adoption of new processes and AI tools
- Support resolution of territory or quota disputes using data-driven analysis
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Operations
- Strong executive presence with the ability to present to VPs
- Ability to analyze datasets across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance
- Operational grit to solve immediate problems while coordinating long-term solutions
