About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the SVP of Presales to define enablement priorities and build a global roadmap
  • Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable enablement programs for onboarding, demo readiness, and technical fluency
  • Use AI and Gemini to improve learning design, content development, and enablement efficiency
  • Build and deliver programs to up-level Solution Consultants in using AI during discovery and solution design
  • Own and evolve the global Presales onboarding experience to ensure rapid ramp times
  • Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person workshops, including large-scale sessions at annual kickoffs
  • Track and report on the adoption, effectiveness, and business impact of enablement programs

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Sales Enablement
  • 5+ years supporting enterprise SaaS or complex B2B technical sales teams
  • 3+ years partnering directly with VP/SVP-level stakeholders on strategic planning
  • 3+ years building onboarding programs for customer-facing technical roles
  • Strong understanding of the Presales motion, including discovery, demo structure, and value-based storytelling
  • Proven experience with enablement platforms like Salesforce, Seismic, or similar
  • Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to improve learning efficiency
  • Strong facilitation and executive presentation skills for large audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience enabling AI-powered Presales motions
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents or agent-based workflows
  • Familiarity with learning tools such as Camtasia, Captivate, or Mentimeter
  • Experience in business planning, analytics, or technical B2B environments
