About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Sales Chief of Staff in executing strategic sales initiatives focused on the IIoT landscape
  • Prepare strategic analyses, briefing materials, and presentations for the CSO and Sales Management Team
  • Act as a primary liaison between the Global Sales Strategy team and the Industrial/IIoT sales organization
  • Synthesize competitive dynamics, technology shifts, and customer trends into actionable reports
  • Track milestones and drive follow-through on ad-hoc strategy projects and cross-functional deliverables
  • Analyze market trends and regional opportunities to provide data-driven resource recommendations

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering or Business
  • 10-15 years of proven experience in the semiconductor industry across Sales, Marketing, or Engineering
  • Strong strategic and commercial analysis skills with high intellectual rigor
  • Familiarity with IIoT segments and global market dynamics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level interaction
  • Ability to navigate a complex global matrix organization with high levels of autonomy

  • Master's degree or MBA
