Principal Genesys Cloud PS Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end technical solutions
• Analyze complex business and technical challenges to define scalable architectures
• Own and evolve the technical architecture of Genesys solutions
• Configure and optimize Genesys Cloud environments
• Lead the planning and execution of contact center deployments, migrations, and upgrades
• Act as the main escalation and coordination point for Genesys-related matters
• Support production readiness activities and ensure smooth transitions to live environments

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting large, multi-site contact center environments
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting Genesys Cloud solutions
• Expertise in building routing strategies and IVR workflows using Genesys Architect
• Experience with CRM integration (Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
• Strong background in infrastructure planning and solution design
• Deep knowledge of SIP infrastructure, SIP protocol, and Session Border Controllers (SBC)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Genesys Cloud Workforce Management (WFM)
• Experience conducting Genesys Cloud training sessions
• Experience with CX Cloud from Genesys and Salesforce
