Principal GenAI GTM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end EMEA GenAI GTM strategy, driving enterprise adoption of Amazon Bedrock and complementary services through use-case-led motions.
• Develop and execute account-level GenAI strategies for priority industries, mapping business priorities to technical use cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Engage with CxO and VP-level stakeholders on AI strategy and value realization while collaborating with engineers on technical solution design.
• Design and execute scaled GTM programs, including customer roundtables, workload assessments, and regional engagement campaigns.
• Act as the voice of EMEA customers to Product teams, synthesizing regional requirements and competitive signals to shape service roadmaps.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Specialist, Field, Partner, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.

Requirements

• Experience in Go-To-Market (GTM), Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in Generative AI concepts, including foundation models and agentic patterns.
• Proven ability to influence and engage C-level executives at both business and technical levels.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at an organizational level.
• Experience delivering technology products or services within a high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience contributing to the architecture and design of new systems or deploying LLMs in production.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations.
• Background that blends deep technical depth with commercial ownership (pipeline, revenue, and GTM planning).
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to complete deals.
• Experience developing and executing large-scale GTM strategies.
