Responsibilities
- Provide strategic technical leadership in the design and development of scalable frontend applications
- Architect and design complex, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Utilize AWS services to build and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable frontend applications
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers
- Set and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and provide mentorship
- Implement best practices for performance optimization and security
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for frontend architectures
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 8-12 years of hands-on experience in frontend development with a focus on React
- Expertise in AWS services including S3, CloudFront, Lambda, and API Gateway
- Proven experience designing complex and responsive user interfaces
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding and mentoring engineers
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to stakeholders
