About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support program cost controls, EVMS analysis, and financial execution for major strategic space programs.
  • Process Baseline Change Requests (BCRs) and execute program financial control actions.
  • Support Estimates-at-Complete (EACs) and external reporting requirements including IPMDAR and CFSR.
  • Utilize program controls tools such as SAP, forProject, Business Warehouse (BW), and Analysis for Office (A/O).
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams including Program Directors, CAMs, and Engineering to support financial reviews.
  • Provide variance analysis support and prepare weekly and monthly program reports.
  • Partner with Program Management and Planning for EV implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field with 5 years of finance experience (or an Advanced degree with 3 years of experience).
  • Proven experience in EVMS, Program Controls, and/or Cost/Schedule Integration.
  • Proficiency with SAP, forProject, or similar enterprise tool suites.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with external reporting such as CPR, IPMR, or IPMDAR.
  • Raytheon EVMS Certification or industry equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting to leadership.
  • Ability to influence without authority and work effectively under pressure.
