About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for the U.S. Renal Denervation Sales organization, covering revenue, procedures, and operating expenses.
- Support annual operating plans, long-range strategic planning, and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Manage month-end close reporting, including P&L analysis and variance explanations.
- Provide strategic financial insights to Area Directors and District Managers to influence revenue growth and resource allocation.
- Monitor revenue performance, procedural volumes, and sales trends to identify business risks and opportunities.
- Partner with Sales Operations, HR, and Total Rewards on sales force alignment, compensation analysis, and incentive plan impacts.
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting, analytics, and financial models using tools like Anaplan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work onsite 4 days a week in Minneapolis, MN, with approximately 25% travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with commercial sales leadership.
- Background in Finance, Pricing, Business, Marketing, or Economics.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguous projects and manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
