Principal Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of executive-level financial reporting and analysis using consolidated team outputs
• Create comprehensive financial narratives that translate complex data into actionable strategic insights
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models and scenario-planning frameworks to support decision-making
• Prepare high-level materials and analysis for Investor Relations (IR) and Board of Directors (BoD) presentations
• Partner with Division CFOs and analysts on all forecasting aspects to ensure accuracy and clear communication of risks and opportunities
• Serve as a subject matter expert in financial forecasting concepts, processes, and tools
• Collaborate with the FP&A team, Sector CFO, and cross-functional stakeholders to report business performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of relevant experience
• Graduate Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
• 16+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and scenario planning
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven experience in executive-level reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated FP&A experience
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills for executive audiences
• Experience preparing materials for Investor Relations or Board of Directors
• Proficiency with Oracle and Hyperion/SmartView
