Responsibilities

• Complete intensive training and development to prepare for a Principal role
• Engage in school immersion to manage complex school leadership scenarios
• Master competencies in Instructional Leadership, Teacher Development, School Culture, and Family Engagement
• Participate in monthly cross-regional professional development
• Attend cohort-specific workshops for direct application of leadership skills
• Receive and implement individualized feedback from Host Principals and regional leadership

Requirements

• At least 3 years of teaching experience with evidence of student growth
• At least 1 year of experience coaching, leading, or managing teachers
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong people management and data analysis skills
• Ability to provide high-leverage feedback via classroom observations
• Commitment to culturally responsive learning partnerships

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching core subjects such as Math, ELA, Science, or History
• Familiarity with See It-Name It-Do It framework or Leverage Leadership principles
