Responsibilities

• Define and drive validation strategies for complex silicon, subsystem, and platform technologies
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for rapid test execution and regression suites
• Lead silicon and platform validation activities from bring-up through product readiness
• Conduct complex analysis of validation results to identify issues and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with architecture, design, firmware, and software teams to implement new validation requirements
• Investigate and drive resolution of complex validation failures through root-cause analysis
• Mentor engineers on validation methodologies, automation frameworks, and quality practices

Requirements

• Strong experience in silicon, hardware, or system validation
• Deep understanding of validation methodologies and quality processes
• Expert-level Python programming skills for automation and data analysis
• Experience developing automation frameworks for validation and test orchestration
• Strong understanding of hardware systems and silicon bring-up
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and influence multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with post-silicon bring-up and system integration
• Experience with FPGA-based validation environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems and continuous testing methodologies
• Experience with C, C++, or embedded software development
• Experience working on AI accelerators or semiconductor products
