Principal, European Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Lead the origination, evaluation, structuring, negotiation and execution of European infrastructure investments
• Source opportunities across digital infrastructure, conventional power, renewable energy, and transportation
• Drive origination through relationships with sponsors, corporates, fund managers, and advisers
• Lead Investment Committee discussions and present recommendations to Senior Management
• Lead due diligence, valuation, structuring, negotiation, documentation and closing processes
• Monitor portfolio investments and support value creation and asset management initiatives
• Contribute to portfolio construction, capital allocation and broader Real Assets strategy
• Mentor junior professionals and support development of the European infrastructure platform

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant investment experience
• Demonstrable buyside direct infrastructure investing experience
• Experience across core-plus and value-add infrastructure strategies
• Proven track record of originating and completing European infrastructure transactions
• Deep understanding of European infrastructure markets and investment dynamics
• Experience leading complex transaction processes from origination through execution
• Advanced financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis capabilities
• Strong commercial judgement and investment decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
