Principal, European Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Lead the origination, evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and execution of European infrastructure investments.
• Source opportunities across digital infrastructure, conventional power, renewable energy, and transportation sectors.
• Drive origination through relationships with sponsors, corporates, fund managers, and advisers.
• Lead Investment Committee discussions and present recommendations to Senior Management.
• Manage due diligence, valuation, documentation, and closing processes.
• Monitor portfolio investments and support value creation and asset management initiatives.
• Mentor junior professionals and contribute to broader Real Assets strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant investment experience.
• Demonstrable buyside direct infrastructure investing experience is essential.
• Proven track record in originating and completing European infrastructure transactions.
• Experience across core-plus and value-add strategies, including greenfield and brownfield assets.
• Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis capabilities.
• Deep understanding of European infrastructure markets and investment dynamics.
• Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills.
