Principal Engineer, Technical Support

Responsibilities

• Resolve highly escalated technical cases with a high degree of professionalism and provide executive summaries.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers through classroom training, on-the-job mentoring, and supervising onboarding plans.
• Lead global technical sessions, huddles, and prepare training plans for local and global teams.
• Contribute to technical gap analysis and develop knowledge-based articles for customers and internal staff.
• Validate new product patches and features by performing testing in a lab environment.
• Review technical solution articles for accuracy and provide feedback to authors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Communications, or Computer Science.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Mastery of Linux-based servers, network protocols, and web-based applications.
• Strong expertise in Database SQL knowledge, including troubleshooting and administration.
• Proven knowledge of API/SDK integration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ethical hacking principles.
• Excellent customer communication, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry certifications such as RHCE, CISSP, CEH, OSCP, Security+, or ITIL.
