Principal Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect highly scalable, reliable, secure, and fault-tolerant systems
• Solve complex technical problems and make strategic technology choices
• Create detailed design documents in collaboration with product managers
• Lead code reviews to enhance code quality and ensure best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end, product, and security engineers
• Mentor mid-level engineers to foster professional growth and technical excellence
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including support and maintenance
• Manage and ensure the completion of OKR goals

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Engineering
• 10+ years of experience as a principal engineer in high-volume cloud environments
• Expert knowledge of AWS services and database management
• Proven experience architecting enterprise-level products
• Strong hands-on coding expertise

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Fintech domain
• Proficiency in Go (Golang)
• Expertise with MongoDB and Postgres
