Principal Engineer - Site Design

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale project design and manage complex assignments from initial design to completion
• Execute high-level analysis and review of project documents for compliance with standards and regulations
• Oversee engineering processes and resources to maximize productivity
• Develop and implement standards and guidelines for diverse engineering activities
• Mentor and provide technical design training to elevate team expertise
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Provide leadership and direction regarding technical resource organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 8 or more years of related Civil Engineering experience
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
• At least four years of experience supervising technical personnel
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, and erosion control
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
