Principal Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level architecture and design for complex distributed systems
• Develop AI-powered features utilizing large language models
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
• Define and implement microservices, API-first design, and event-driven systems
• Produce High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and architecture diagrams
• Drive architecture discussions and technical decisions across teams
• Mentor engineers across teams and levels to drive technical excellence
• Architect and optimize solutions on AWS using serverless and cloud-native patterns
• Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and testing strategies

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Proven experience designing scalable distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with AWS serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge)
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of design patterns, performance optimization, and high availability
• Experience with SQL (RDS/Aurora) and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB)
• Experience with messaging systems such as SQS, SNS, or Kafka
