About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with delivery, operations and vendors to identify pain points, resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance service delivery
- Monitor and drive partner performance against key metrics, including timeliness, quality, productivity, inventory control, and customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to maximize the overall customer experience
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and optimize vendor performance
- Manage reporting, data exchange, and B2B service support activities in collaboration with customers, partners, and IT teams
Requirements
- Supply chain operations expertise
- Knowledge of forward and reverse logistics processes
- Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of related experience with a Master's degree
- 3+ years of related experience with a PhD
- AWS/Azure Associate/Professional certifications
- VMware VCP/VCAP certifications
- Kubernetes CKA/CKAD certifications
