Principal Engineer Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Define product-level technical vision aligned to customer outcomes and client goals
• Establish architectural guardrails including interfaces, patterns, and conventions
• Design and integrate AI capabilities with clear interfaces and observability
• Convert strategy into technical roadmaps sequencing work by impact and risk
• Manage the complete product delivery lifecycle from conceptualization to enhancement
• Write product code and tests across the stack including Java, Python, React, Angular, and SQL/NoSQL
• Govern multiple product codebases and maintain code quality and engineering throughput
• Leverage AI tools for code generation, test authoring, and defect triage
• Design APIs and contracts with stable, versioned REST interfaces
• Engineer for performance and scale using caching, pagination, and concurrency controls
• Design cloud-native products using microservices and event-driven patterns
• Implement data and streaming foundations using Kafka and Pub/Sub
• Run CI/CD with trunk-based development and automated tests
• Serve as a primary technical authority and mentor for design reviews

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience
• 8+ years of full stack experience (Java/Python, Angular/React, SQL/NoSQL, AWS)
• 5+ years developing and launching production software in big tech or startup environments
• 3+ years leading product architecture and complex technical design
• 1+ years building AI-enabled product features or using AI to improve delivery
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• U.S. Citizenship
