Principal Engineer – Program Management, Supply Chain Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end supply chain transformation programs
• Own program scoping, governance, execution, risk, dependency management, and change control
• Translate business requirements into executable program roadmaps and solution architectures
• Engage senior executives to drive decision-making and strategic alignment
• Partner with IT and product teams to define system integration and optimization strategies
• Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to support insights and scenario modeling
• Leverage AI/ML literacy to interpret model outputs and collaborate with data science teams
• Identify and drive process simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain program/project management in high-tech or manufacturing
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale digital transformation programs
• Hands-on experience with advanced planning systems such as Blue Yonder, SAP, Oracle, or Kinaxis
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, and Advanced Excel
• Excellent communication and executive presence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GenAI or AI/ML-driven decision support systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
• Exposure to project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Aha!
