About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive NAND development from pre-silicon circuit simulation to qualification and DPPM targets
- Develop and define test strategies, flows, and screen/stress algorithms for SD NAND technology
- Collaborate with Fab technology teams to drive process improvements and countermeasures for failures
- Partner with Flash BU to develop error handling algorithms at the system and firmware levels
- Perform deep electrical failure analysis during new technology development and qualification phases
- Monitor memory health and DPPM pareto to fine-tune fab processes
Requirements
- Deep understanding of electrical failure analysis methodology
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with memory products or systems
- Proven ability to analyze problems, diagnose root causes, and apply corrective actions
- Excellent data analysis, statistical analysis, and interpretation skills
- High level of self-motivation and passion for solving complex problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of System and Firmware working principles
- Knowledge of Device Physics
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
