Principal Engineer .Net Full Stack Architect (React)

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership to influence the development of applications, network, and web technologies.
• Lead the resolution of highly complex technical challenges by delivering long-term, large-scale solutions.
• Translate business objectives and strategic opportunities into technical engineering solutions and architectural blueprints.
• Provide vision and expertise on implementing innovative business solutions and industry best practices.
• Drive the strategic direction of multiple product lines through technical ownership and architectural design.
• Mentor development teams, perform code reviews, and guide developers on technical implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
• Deep expertise in C# and .NET full-stack application development.
• Proven experience with React front-end frameworks.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms, specifically Azure.
• Experience with Kubernetes and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong background in architectural design, modeling, and system optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Significant experience as an architect or technical lead designing large-scale, complex applications.
• Ability to balance functional requirements with non-functional requirements like scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Strong skills in articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in technology selection, including programming languages, frameworks, and infrastructure tools.
