Principal Engineer – Modelling & Verification of Analog Mixed-Signal Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end modelling and verification of complex analog and mixed-signal blocks, including SerDes, sensor interfaces, PLLs, and CTLEs.
• Define and implement system-level modelling strategies to optimize accuracy, speed, and coverage.
• Collaborate with analog and digital design teams to drive model development and ensure seamless integration.
• Drive research and innovation in modelling and verification, contributing to patents and technical publications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
• Manage project priorities and resolve technical challenges to meet critical deliverables.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Extensive hands-on experience in analog modelling and AMS IP verification.
• Proven expertise in high-speed interface development (e.g., Ethernet, SerDes, DDR, or sensor interfaces).
• Deep understanding of interface architectures such as channel equalization and CDR.
• Proficiency in SPICE, Python, and industry-standard simulation tools.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with strong intercultural communication skills.
• Ability to lead design efforts and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in SystemC-AMS or equivalent modelling languages.
• Experience working in global, multidisciplinary, and multicultural environments.
