Principal Engineer - Memory Circuit Design Verification

Responsibilities

• Define and drive verification architecture and methodology for next-generation DDR designs
• Develop verification plans, coverage strategies, and sign-off criteria
• Architect and implement UVM-based testbenches and reusable verification components
• Mentor and guide verification engineers on advanced methodologies and guidelines
• Evaluate and integrate AMS Co-Simulation techniques for mixed-signal IP verification
• Leverage AI/ML tools to improve verification efficiency, debug turnaround, and failure classification
• Contribute to automation initiatives including intelligent test generation and predictive coverage analysis

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Design Verification
• Expert-level proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM
• Experience with DDR, GDDR, or DDR memory verification
• Proficiency in Python, TCL, or Perl scripting for automation
• Degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to lead verification teams and influence technical direction

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AMS Co-Simulation and mixed-signal verification flows
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts such as supervised learning, clustering, and anomaly detection
• Experience with AI-assisted EDA tools or internal AI platforms for verification optimization
