About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead productivity improvement and cost saving projects including cycle time and MMR improvement
- Perform capacity planning and analysis to maximize plant utilization
- Maintain IE database and lead IE related system projects
- Conduct time studies and data analysis using Lean concepts
- Define production layouts for efficiency and ergonomics
- Coordinate tool relocation and re-layout activities
- Plan resources for DL and IDL based on production volume
- Analyze material and process flows to improve line balancing
- Validate automation performance and capability
- Collaborate with Production, QA, Process, and Automation teams to achieve KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytical tools
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma
