Principal Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive the long-term technical vision, architecture, and development roadmap for the core Digital Asset Management Platform
• Contribute directly to the codebase through the design and development of complex, high-impact features
• Take full ownership of system performance, reliability, and security
• Guide and mentor a global team of offshore engineers
• Partner with product managers and executive stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Champion elite software engineering standards and modern DevOps methodologies

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building production-grade SaaS platforms
• 3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Principal Engineer
• Expert-level proficiency in C# .NET, ASP.NET, and XUnit
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS (API Gateway, EC2, Cognito, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFormation, DynamoDB)
• Understanding of React and TypeScript patterns for code reviews and architecture
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related field
• Experience with Postgres, Redis, Docker, or Azure DevOps
• Interest or experience in AI/ML projects
