Principal Engineer

Responsibilities

• Champion an AI-first culture by inspiring teams to use AI to accelerate development and optimize business processes.
• Elevate engineering standards by embedding scalable architecture patterns, automated controls, and continuous delivery practices.
• Drive automation at scale through intelligent tooling, self-service platforms, and reusable engineering capabilities.
• Shape a modern cloud and data ecosystem to enable seamless integration and governed data flows for business analytics.
• Simplify and modernize the technology landscape by driving standardization and efficiency to enable faster delivery.
• Coach and grow engineering teams, fostering a high-performance culture through thought leadership and hands-on guidance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions across the full SDLC.
• Expertise in driving cloud-native engineering ecosystems with ownership from design through to operations.
• Strong experience establishing modern engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and resilient design patterns.
• Proficiency in implementing modern DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automated testing.
• Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Ability to lead in high-change, high-ambiguity environments and translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
