Principal Engineer - Enterprise Risk

Responsibilities

• Drive the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across agencies, sectors, and departments to strengthen governance and risk mitigation.
• Review ERM policies, procedures, and action plans, facilitating implementation across the organization.
• Prepare and submit periodic major-risk reports to the Director General and the Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors.
• Develop and implement ERM audit plans, including inspection and audit schedules, ensuring timely follow-through.
• Periodically assess risks for all activities and roles, providing feedback on mitigation plans and monitoring implementation.
• Maintain comprehensive risk records to ensure data integrity and generate accurate risk reports.
• Raise risk-management awareness among employees and stakeholders through ongoing programs.
• Support the identification of risks related to organizational strategies, operations, and critical projects.
• Continuously improve ERM processes, measurement tools, and reporting mechanisms to enhance data quality and adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of relevant experience with a Master's degree.
• Proven experience in ERM framework implementation.
• Strong expertise in risk reporting, auditing, and risk-record management.
