Principal Engineer, Digital Design Engineering

Responsibilities

• Define product and technology strategy for digital design initiatives
• Lead architecture development for complex SoCs and digital systems
• Drive innovation and advancement in design methodologies
• Mentor and develop technical talent across the organization
• Influence business direction through technical expertise and market insight
• Engage with customers and industry partners at a strategic level
• Represent ADI as a technical authority in industry forums

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of relevant experience in digital design engineering
• Expertise in complex SoC architecture design and implementation
• Proven ability to define and drive technical strategy
• Strong business acumen to align technical strategy with business goals
