Principal Engineer-Design

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate analog circuit blocks for Flash-IP
• Simulate and validate analog circuit blocks and Flash-IP macros
• Coordinate with design, technology, process, and testing departments to ensure effective project delivery
• Interface with marketing teams and customers to support the development of embedded flash memory macros and address specific requirements

Requirements

• BSEE with 10+ years of experience in analog circuit design
• Experience in non-volatile memory design, including HV circuits, charge pump generation, and sensing
• Experience in silicon validation, debug, and testing
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as HSPICE/HSIM, Verilog, and Cadence Design Entry
• Experience with regulation circuits (LDO, digital LDO) and references (bandgap, bias)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data conversion circuits (DAC, ADC)
• Experience with communication circuits (PLL, DLL, LVDS, HS interfaces)
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Tcl
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics
