Principal Engineer, DDEG DTCO

Responsibilities

• Manage PDK change processes across design, integration, modeling, design rules, and CAD
• Develop and run PDK verification and benchmarking flows
• Drive issue resolution with cross-functional partners
• Plan and schedule PDK releases and development milestones
• Review, handle, and disposition ongoing PDK change requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of semiconductor industry experience, ideally in DTCO or related areas
• Experience with StarRC, Finesim, and Calibre
• Working knowledge of Schematic Capture, Layout, DRC, LVS, and Parasitic Extraction tools and flows
• Programming skills in Skill, Python, and Bash

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience leading PDK development or verification workflows
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of semiconductor technology, device physics, compact modeling, design rules, and CAD
