Principal Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define the overarching product and technical strategy for hyperscale simulation, digital twins, and embodied AI training workloads
• Lead architectural decisions across the full stack, from bare-metal GPU/CPU topology to orchestration layers and application-facing APIs
• Partner with enterprise customers and strategic accounts to translate platform capabilities into high-value solutions
• Shape the roadmap for GPU-based simulation alongside product, research, and commercial stakeholders
• Identify capability gaps between customer workflows and existing platform features

Requirements

• Proven track record of founding or leading deep-tech platforms (AI/ML, simulation, digital twins, or defense systems)
• Hands-on experience building real-time distributed systems under strict latency and scale constraints
• Deep understanding of full-stack architectural design, including bare-metal topologies and orchestration layers
• Ability to operate across system architecture, product strategy, and business development
• Strong technical intuition for scaling complex architectures
